What is an exclusive lead?

A lead that is delivered to one operator only. The consumer agreed to be contacted by a single provider, and we contractually never resell or share that lead with anyone else in your territory.
Do you sell contact lists or databases?

No. We never sell purchased, scraped, aggregated or brokered data. Every lead comes from a consumer who actively requested contact and gave express written consent.
How are leads verified?

Every lead is reviewed by a human before delivery: consent text, capture URL, phone and email validity, duplicate checks and vertical-specific qualifiers like homeownership or incident date. Leads are then scored for intent.
Are your leads TCPA compliant?

Every lead carries express written consent with timestamp, IP address and a snapshot of the capture form. Proof of consent for any lead is available on request within 48 hours. You remain responsible for your own calling and texting practices.
How much do leads cost?

Pricing is per verified lead and depends on vertical and intent tier — for example, insurance typically runs $25–$80, real estate $45–$120, home services $40–$130, solar $60–$180 and personal injury $150–$450. See the pricing page for current ranges.
Are there retainers or minimums?

No. You pay per verified lead delivered. No setup fees, no retainers, no minimum monthly spend.
How fast are leads delivered?

Within minutes of passing verification, by email, CRM integration or webhook. Anything older than 72 hours is rejected and never ships.
What happens if there's no inventory in my zip?

We tell you plainly. You can reserve the territory and you'll be notified first when verified inventory goes live there.

What if a lead is invalid?
+
Leads with disconnected numbers, fake identities or out-of-criteria details can be flagged for review and replaced or credited under our quality terms.
