1. Acceptance
By using primeleadmarket.com or buying or supplying leads through Prime Lead Market, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
Prime Lead Market curates consumer requests for contact ("leads") from vetted suppliers, verifies them and routes each lead to a single operator per territory. We do not sell contact lists, databases or shared leads.
3. Exclusivity
Each lead delivered to you is exclusive to you and will not be resold or shared with another operator. Exclusivity applies to the lead, not to the consumer, who may independently contact other businesses.
4. Pricing and payment
Leads are priced per verified lead according to the vertical and tier agreed with you. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, there are no retainers or minimums. Published price ranges are estimates and may change.
5. Invalid leads
You may flag a lead as invalid (for example, a disconnected number, fake identity or out-of-criteria details) within the window agreed with you. Validated claims are replaced or credited. Lack of response or a lost sale does not make a lead invalid.
6. Your compliance obligations
You must contact consumers only for the purpose they requested and comply with all laws that apply to you, including the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing and privacy laws, and do-not-call requests. You must not resell, share or re-market leads.
7. Supplier obligations
Suppliers must deliver only opt-in, single-provider leads with accurate consent records, and must never submit purchased, scraped, aggregated or brokered data. Suppliers must keep their intake attestation accurate and current.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt to access internal systems, submit false information or use our content to build a competing database.
9. Disclaimers and liability
We verify leads carefully but do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the leads at issue in the prior three months.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access for violations. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
