Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and how we protect it. Plain language, no dark patterns.

Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Prime Lead Market ("we", "us") handles personal information from visitors to primeleadmarket.com, businesses that buy leads from us ("operators"), businesses that supply leads to us ("suppliers"), and consumers who request contact from a service provider through a supplier.

Information we collect

Website visitors and operators: information you submit in our forms (such as name, company, email, ZIP code, vertical, volume and deal value), plus technical data such as IP address, browser user agent, landing page, referring site and campaign parameters.

Suppliers: company and contact details, lead sources, channels, consent language, capture URLs and compliance attestations submitted through our intake.

Consumers: contact and request details provided when you ask to be contacted by a provider, together with a record of your consent (consent text, timestamp, IP address and form snapshot).

How we use information

To respond to requests, evaluate and onboard suppliers, verify leads, route a consumer's request to a single provider, maintain compliance and audit records, prevent fraud, and measure and improve our website.

We do not sell contact lists or databases, and we do not share a consumer's lead with more than one operator in a territory.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2. Until you choose in our cookie banner, analytics and advertising storage are denied and only anonymous, cookieless measurements are sent. "Essentials only" enables analytics and functionality storage; "Accept all" also enables advertising and personalization storage. You can change your choice by clearing your browser's site data.

How we share information

Consumer leads are shared only with the one operator they are routed to. We also use service providers for hosting, databases, email and analytics, who process data on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention and security

We keep consent and audit records for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance and resolve disputes, and other data for as long as needed for the purposes above. Data is encrypted in transit and access to internal records is limited to authorized reviewers.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, using our contact page. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor verified requests as required by law.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
