Ten gates. Every lead. No exceptions.
This is the public standard every lead must clear before it reaches an operator. It's how we can say "never shared, never resold" and mean it contractually.
- Gate 01
Intro or exclusive intent only
We only accept leads generated through direct consumer intent — a form, a call, a booking. Purchased databases, co-reg lists and scraped contacts are rejected at intake.
- Gate 02
Verified express opt-in
Every consumer gives express written consent naming the provider category. The exact consent text is captured and stored with the lead.
- Gate 03
Single-provider disclosure
The consumer knows one company will contact them — not five. No 'up to 8 partners' consent language.
- Gate 04
Capture URL audit
We review the live form or landing page where the lead was generated. If we can't see the source, the source doesn't ship.
- Gate 05
1:1 exclusivity lock
Each lead is routed to exactly one operator per zip. No ping-post, no auction, no resale — contractually.
- Gate 06
Freshness ≤ 72 hours
Leads older than 72 hours are rejected at the gate. Most deliver within minutes of capture.
- Gate 07
Lawful PII handling
Data is collected, stored and transferred under TCPA and CAN-SPAM aligned practices, with encryption in transit and at rest.
- Gate 08
No scraped or aggregated lists
Zero tolerance. Any supplier caught submitting scraped, appended or brokered data is removed permanently.
- Gate 09
Audit-trail commitment
Timestamp, IP address and form snapshot are retained for every lead and produced on request within 48 hours.
- Gate 10
Signed supplier attestation
Every supplier signs a compliance attestation before onboarding and re-certifies quarterly.
What we reject — permanently
- Shared leads sold to 4–6 buyers
- Aged inventory older than 72 hours
- Purchased or brokered databases
- Co-registration and sweepstakes leads
- Scraped or appended contact data
- Consent text that names 'multiple partners'
